Regarding Claims：

For safety reasons, it is recommended to privately contact us to adjust the insurance for high-value cards. We are not responsible for compensation in cases of card loss or damage caused by the courier. Upon receiving the package, please record an unboxing video as proof in case of disputes over the card's condition.

For courier claims, please keep the packaging and shipping label intact, and contact the courier within 24 hours of receipt. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted by the courier. If there is no evidence or if the claim is made late, we will not be able to assist in requesting compensation from the seller or the courier.

About the Cards:

This is extremely important！All cards are shown in high-resolution real photos—please carefully examine the images!!! If you have any doubts or need clarification, feel free to contact customer service, and we can provide additional detailed photos of the card.

Placing a bid implies acceptance of the card's condition. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as missing close-up shots, failure to examine the images carefully, or simply deciding you don’t want the card anymore.

Unless specifically highlighted in the photos, all cards are considered to be in standard condition. Common flaws such as minor surface scratches or print lines on thin cards like Prizm or Optic, or slight white edges, corners, soft corners, or minor warping on thicker cards like National Treasures (NT) or Immaculate (IMM), are all regarded as standard conditions.

Perfectionists are advised to purchase only PSA 10 or Gold Label BGS cards directly. No returns or exchanges after shipment. (When unboxing your package, buyers are also advised to record an unboxing video to protect your rights.)

Unless otherwise specified in the description, card bricks are not included. If needed, please discuss with us directly.
